Shipping & Returns

As our precious customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Refund policy is not available.

Effective receipt is needed for product exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (except furniture, pre-order goods & discounted goods) . We can issue a one-time product exchange if the item is returned to us within 7 days after purchasing. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/ label attached & receipt enclosed. Shipping costs and other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are customers responsibility. We highly recommend using a registered and traceable service when returning the package to us, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us.

International delivery charges are not refundable.

You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty, or different to how it was described. If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us immediately by email (With photos and descriptions of the fault). Once you have done so, we will advise as to how to return the product. Once the item is received & assessed, you will be offered a replacement item. (Except furniture, pre-order goods & discounted goods)

Sale item(s) and furniture item(s) are not eligible for return/ exchange.
